A Real Gluten Free Meal from Verde Cocina

If I could persuade my family, we would be bringing all our belongings up to the pacific northwest. I first fell in love with Portland, but then Seattle took the cake (gluten free of course). Oregon and Washington offer so many dedicated gluten free facilities that are not only juiceries and bakeries, but also restaurants.

Dedicated facilities are so helpful for those of us with celiac disease, and they provide a wide array of options for my friends, so they don’t feel limited either. (Side Note: Friends you are awesome when we eat at the same places all the time.) Now, there are two videos about these awesome places, featuring only dedicated gluten free facilities. I include tons of videos not only of the food, but also of the establishment, so you’ll get a feel for the place as well.
