Magical Monday: Coming to Disney This November

This November there are many magical happenings in Disney World. I’ll be running the Wine and Dine Half in Disney World and Super Heroes Avengers Half in Disneyland during the second and third weekends of November. Then, the following weekend (November 22), the Food Allergy and Celiac Convention will be at Disney World!

While I won’t be there, the Food Allergy and Celiac Convention is an event you won’t want to miss! There will be an amazing expo, dining opportunities, speakers, demonstrations, giveaways, and more.  Plus, the  two stages of speakers and demos will run all day long, including a keynote address by Gary Jones, Disney’s Culinary Dietary Specialist, and a demo of Holiday-Inspired Cookies with Elizabeth Barbone!

Want to learn more?! Check out the Food Allergy & Celiac Convention Website.

Lastly, a little while ago, I wrote a guest post for the convention’s blog about going to Disney with Celiac, Food Allergies and More. You can read it below!

And, of course, have a magical week!

It’s her first and only selfie, but we were smiling all night long!
One of the many reasons we keep returning to Disney World is because they are amazing at accommodating my celiac disease and food allergies. My food allergies range from the Big 8 (milk and egg) to less heard of allergens (rosemary and cinnamon).  Yet, the Disney chefs are equipped to deal with each one.
