Whether you love winter sports or outdoor summer adventures, Beaver Creek is a luxurious vacation spot.  During the day, pickings on the mountain can be slim, so I highly recommend packing your own food for lunch.  (The City Market in Avon has a pretty decent gluten free selection on top of naturally gluten free foods). However, with an array of dinner options in town, you could eat out every night for a year!

When eating out at Beaver Creek it’s very important to make reservations and ask if they can accommodate you.  Some chefs will send you the menu in advance and others will buy specific foods that they don’t normally stock.  While I haven’t spent much time eating at the other Vail Resorts, they could be worth a look.  The Vail Resorts now include: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, Northstar, Mt. Brighton, Canyons, Kirkwood, and Afton Alps.

Boston, MA, USA

“Cause I love that dirty water… Oh, Boston you’re my home.”  Be sure to check out some of my favorite restaurants in and around the Boston area.  Remember that I have a lot of food allergies, so there are some awesome celiac friendly restaurants that might not be best suited for me 🙂
